What we Offer

We are a full service DIVE CENTER. Unlike that Hole in the wall "Dive Shop" of the past we are a 6000 square ft "Dive Center." We provide services, classes and activities you should expect from our full staff of SCUBA professionals, no other shop in the area can make that claim. After 36 years in the community, and thousands of Dive certifications, we are here to serve you!

Equipment:
We sell only the top product lines, backed up with the most knowledgeable staff in the North West. Our services include a full curriculum of classes and certifications.

Education:
At Sound Dive Center's SCUBA U we are proud in certifying graduates who are cautious, safe, and knowledgeable divers. Our Instructors are experienced Puget Sound NAUI/PADI certified Instructors.

Service:
We provide warranty service on all lines of dive gear. All work is completed "in-house", including regulator, cylinder service, hydrotesting and wet/dry suit repair. We have the only DOT cylinder Hydro testing facility in the west sound.

Travel and trips:
We love to travel (and dive) in the Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Strait of Juan de Fuca and San Juan Islands. We have trips to Canada, Mexico and points all over the world.

Our Vision

SCUBA Diving is a lifetime skill
Ages 12 or 60, learning to dive is just the beginning of a fantastic lifetime activity.

Our Environment
The worlds oceans are over taxed and in a state of stress. Our staff travels all over the world to and research dive destination. But we also love our local emerald seas here at home. We hope we can educate our students enough to create many environmental advocates.

Giving back to our Community
We actively support our Community through participation in underwater cleanups, show and tells with elementary schools, scholarships and participation in civic groups (Rotary), scouts and the Washington SCUBA Alliance. Sound Dive Center gives back to our community.
